We are looking for a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to oversee outbound logistics for FBA shipments, SPD (Small Parcel Delivery), and LTL freight. This role is critical to ensuring inventory is shipped on time, in the correct configuration, and aligned with Amazon and carrier requirements. You'll work closely with warehouse associates, freight partners, and internal operations staff.

You'll work closely with warehouse associates, freight partners, and internal operations staff.
Duties & Responsibilities
- 1Coordinate outbound shipments (Amazon FBA, LTL, SPD) and prepare shipping labels.
- 2Schedule pickups and communicate with carriers and freight brokers.
- 3Maintain shipment logs, documentation, and pallet manifests.
- 4Ensure shipment accuracy by cross-checking against shipment plans.
- 5Troubleshoot delays, label rejections, or carrier issues.
- 6Communicate with the operations team to align shipment priority with sales velocity.
- 2 years of experience in warehouse logistics or shipping coordination.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central shipping plans and labeling requirements.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable managing documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with ShipStation, UPS/FedEx systems, or Amazon routing preferred.
