The Role:
We’re seeking an Assistant Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing team and elevate the Ascentra brand. You’ll oversee all marketing and communications, from digital strategy to community engagement, ensuring our story and services reach members effectively.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and mentor the marketing team
- Drive digital marketing strategies (SEO, paid media, automation, website, social)
- Ensure consistent brand experience across all platforms and branches
- Lead campaigns, events, PR, and community involvement initiatives
- Measure success with data-driven insights and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5–8 years in marketing/communications (digital expertise a plus)
- 5 years of leadership experience
- Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills
Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
