What are the responsibilities and job description for the OR Manager position at Ascentist Healthcare?
Ready to love coming to work?
We’re not your average surgical hospital, and we don’t want an average surgery nurse manager. We’re a small but mighty physician owned surgical hospital where everyone knows your name, leadership is supportive and approachable, and laughter is part of our daily routine. Ascentist Hospital is a physician-owned, patient-focused surgical hospital with 4 operating rooms, specializing in ENT, Orthopedic, and Spine procedures. We are currently seeking a highly motivated OR Manager to oversee the OR, Pre-Op/Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), and Pre-Admission Testing (PAT) departments.
Our clinical team is tight, our patients are grateful, and our leadership team doesn’t hide in an office. We’re in the hospital with you, cheering you on.
In this role, you’ll lead our exceptional surgical nursing team with energy, empathy, and excellence. You’ll play a key role in managing daily operations in PAT, pre-op, OR, and recovery, and keeping our workflows smooth and our patients safe.
