ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Develop and program multi-station assembly and test systems
- Configure PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems
- Apply motion control techniques and solutions
- Utilize PanelView Plus and PanelBuilder32 platforms
- Integrate networking and communication protocols
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Strong working knowledge of mechatronic systems and components
- Mechanical aptitude with a dedicated work ethic
- Proficiency in Allen-Bradley RSLogix 5000 (required)
- Experience with SIEMENS platforms (preferred)
- Background in powertrain systems (a plus)
- Familiarity with Ethernet/IP networking
- Understanding of step and state logic
- Fanuc and ABB robot programming experience (a plus)
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally
