Responsibilities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Review production and operating reports and resolve open issues to ensure minimum cost and prevent operational delays
- Responsible for tracking non-confirming parts and updating log
- Supervisory duties which include discipline, performance reviews, and timecards
- Collaborate with first shift supervisors to ensure smooth shift transition and production goals are met
- Maintain accurate records of production, downtime, and personnel issues
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- 5 years of CNC/Machining experience
- 5 years of Supervisory experience
- 5 years of manufacturing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- First aid and CPR skills preferred
Strong understanding of production processes, safety standards, and quality control
