ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop training programs for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate the day-to-day training activities on GMP, Work Instructions, and retain as needed.
- Research and facilitate appropriate training methods or activities.
- Conduct specific production training and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed per operator.
- Maintain and update training records in QMS system.
- Participate in other essential responsibilities as assigned.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Manufacturing Training Coordinator must be able to adapt training skills and techniques based on Operator experience and understanding to maintain production effectiveness.
EXPECTATIONS
The Manufacturing Training Coordinator is viewed as a subject matter expert on operational productivity. As such, the MTC is highly visible and must demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and training techniques, confident decision making and a high level of personal/professional integrity.
- Ability to train operators to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate) to produce good, manufactured products.
- Organize and coordinate day-to-day training activities with a positive attitude and the ability to work well as a team.
- Provides leads, supervisor, and/or managers with training needs or gaps and develop training plans.
- Trains and maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing production standards.
- Commit to NACS’s vision and “spirit” by partnering with new and current employees by demonstrating outstanding service and integrity.
- Operate NACS’s QMS system for procedures, TDE’s, and training records.
- Maintain a high level of personal and professional integrity.
- Perform additional job responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

Required:
- Must have the ability to read, comprehend, and execute production procedure written in English.
- Must be well organized and have the ability to coordinate to handle multiple assignments or training.
- Must have strong computer skills and previous experience with MS Office programs.
- Must have a strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have intimate working knowledge of GMP and GDP.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of related experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry
Preferred:
- Previous experience working with Microsoft office products.
- Prior training coordinator, trainer, training facilitator or similar job experience.
- Knowledge of Quality systems regulations or ISO procedures.
- Demonstrate knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing, assembly, production technical skills, and quality practices.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Degree in technical, training, or related field will be an advantage.
Training Responsibilities
- Development and evaluating operator performance with leads, supervisor, and/or managers
- Full support to operational team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
