Role Description
Ascenteum is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a contract role based in Boston or Springfield, MA. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site presence with flexible work-from-home options. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes, creating and managing detailed business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals, and preparing documentation to ensure clarity and consistent communication. The position also includes conducting strategic evaluations to improve organizational efficiency and facilitating communication across teams.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose actionable solutions.
- Extensive experience in Business Analysis, including gathering, refining, and managing business requirements.
- Must have 5 years Life Insurance expereince
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to understand and document Business Processes to drive operational improvements and align them with organizational goals.
- Experience working with technological solutions in the financial or investment industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in tools and techniques used in business analysis is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
