Foreman - Construction

Ascent Resources is seeking an experienced Construction - Foreman. This position is located in Cambridge, OH and will report to the Superintendent - Construction.

This position is responsible for the initial construction of new facilities per the drilling programs and maintenance of multi-well production facilities for high condensate yield/high gas volume wells.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project specifications and timelines

• Maintain appropriate workforce planning aligned with workloads
• Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with timelines and budget constraints
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to safety standards

• Promote and enforce safety best practices on-site, ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols and regulations

• Conduct safety meetings and training sessions
• Identify potential issues or delays and proactively develop solutions to keep project on track

• Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving on-site conflicts or concerns
• Oversee the procurement and availability of materials, tools, and equipment needed for projects

• Maintain an inventory of supplies and report any shortages

• Potential to be on-call after posted working hours, over weekends and holidays as projects dictate

• Other duties assigned as needed

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Minimum Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail and a thorough understanding of intended project designs
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with engineers and office staff

Education & Work Experience Required
Minimum Requirements:
• Engineering-related degree
• 5 years of oilfield construction experience required
• Experience effectively sourcing materials and managing construction crews
• Proven knowledge and experience in ASME B31.3 piping installations including quality/NDE requirements, and welding procedures
