UMMARYThe IT Service Desk Technician reports to the Manager, IT Service Desk and provides IT equipment support to associates across all company locations throughout Southeastern, WI. The role is responsible for configuring, installing, and supporting desktops, laptops, software, and peripherals. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience investigating and resolving IT issues, and developed new solutions for novel problems and be customer service-ce
ntric.

- ollows.Install, upgrade, and configure printing, directory structures, rights, security, and software on company s
- ervers.Answer, prioritize, and document incoming IT requests, logging every interaction in the ticketing system with complete troubleshooting
- detail.Build, deploy, and support desktops, laptops, devices, software, and peripherals across all loc
- ations.Unblock USB devices and websites, create and manage shared calendars, and provide and track physical access
- tokens.Develop and document solutions to novel issues for future ref
- erence.Maintain asset inventory and track new hardware pur
- chases.Mentor IT Service Desk Associates on troubleshooting and depl
- oyment.Train new associates on laptops, phone systems, and VPN
- access.Responsible for coordinating equipment collection and manage e-waste di
- sposal.Correspond with hardware vendors for repairs and new pur
- chases.Stay current with third-party systems and know their v
- endors.Maintain schedule flexibility covering weekend rotations, early mornings, and late evenings as
needed.
