Seeking a passionate Full Stack .NET Core / C# and React developer for a lean, high-impact team building cloud-native mortgage origination software on Azure. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using .NET Core, C#, and React within Agile sprint cycles.
• Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on Azure with emphasis on serverless and event-driven patterns.
• Leverage GitHub Copilot or equivalent AI tools to accelerate development velocity and reduce technical debt.
• Translate business requirements into scalable software solutions in direct partnership with subject matter experts.
• Contribute to peer code review, technical documentation (architecture decisions, API specs), and knowledge sharing.
• Support application stability through disciplined testing, performance monitoring, and production issue resolution.

Requirements

• 3 years in software development with proficiency in .NET Core / C# and React.
• Hands-on Azure experience including serverless technologies (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile delivery tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent).

Preferred

• Experience with micro-application or micro-frontend architecture patterns.
• Active use of AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot or equivalent).
