Ascent Pilates is a brand new, elevated reformer-only studio in Spanish Fork. Our 12-reformer studio is designed to create a high-energy, fun, and welcoming environment where clients come to feel strong, confident, and challenged.

What You’ll Do
- Lead engaging, safe, and results-driven reformer Pilates classes
- Create a fun, motivating class environment (this is not a boring studio )
- Provide modifications and progressions for all fitness levels
- Build relationships with clients and help grow a strong community
- Show up prepared, on time, and ready to bring great energy every class
Schedule
- Classes offered Monday–Sunday
- Morning and evening shifts available
- Flexible scheduling
What We’re Looking For
- 21 only
- Strong work ethic reliable (this is non-negotiable)
- Positive, upbeat personality
- Team player—no drama, no ego
- Ability to lead a room and create an experience, not just a workout
Preferred Experience
(You don’t have to check every box—but experience matters)
- Certified Pilates reformer instructor OR
- Experience using reformers regularly
- Background in dance, gymnastics, fitness coaching, or group training
- Previous group fitness instruction is a big plus
