Role Description
We are seeking a full-time HVAC Service Technician for an on-site role based in Danville, CA. The HVAC Service Technician will perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving system malfunctions, executing preventive maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with EPA regulations, and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with advanced HVAC systems and contribute to our commitment to a “Higher Level of Service”.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair, Preventive Maintenance, and general HVAC system upkeep
- Extensive knowledge with chillers and chilled water loops
- VRF system diagnostics
- Large tonnage packaged equipment
- Control systems
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Strong Troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues
- Commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction by delivering reliable services and clear communication
- Knowledge of EPA regulations and relevant certifications (EPA certification required)
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial HVAC systems preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in HVAC systems is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
