Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness using hotel management software Visual Matrix.
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with customer service problem-solving skills to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and adhering to hotel emergency procedures
- Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, providing information and assistance to guests and staff
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to support seamless transition between shifts
- Assist with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests utilizing hospitality reservation systems
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, especially in night audit or front desk roles
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world
- Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), particularly OPERA or similar platforms
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and client communication
- Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, safety protocols, and resort experience preferred
- Excellent phone communication skills with multi-line phone system proficiency and phone etiquette expertise
- Ability to problem-solve quickly under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude in a hospitality environment
