Salary: $100,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year performance bonus opportunity

Salary range is based on days worked. We employ providers anywhere between one to five days a week, with most of our providers being on a four-day schedule.

Ascent Healthcare is now expanding its staff and has an exciting opportunity for a Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner.
