We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Professional Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will lead land surveying projects, utilizing advanced technology and precise techniques to gather accurate spatial data. Your expertise will support land development, civil engineering, and construction projects, ensuring all surveys meet regulatory standards and client specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills, while contributing to impactful projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIE
- SSenior Professional Surveyor, in charge of all survey projects and crew management
- .Plan, organize, supervise, and mentor survey crews and technician
- sCoordinate assignments to ensure project deadlines are me
- tPrepare detailed survey plans, schematics, and drawings using Carlson Survey software and AutoCAD Civil 3D
- .Collaborate with other licensed surveyors and civil engineers to develop plats and schematics that support design and construction phases
- .Maintain compliance with minimum survey standards, safety standards, and requirements throughout all surveying activities
- .Perform QA/QC on survey data, calculations, and final deliverable
