Role Description
We are looking for head and assistant softball coaches for our travel teams at Ascent Athlete. You will be responsible for leading practice sessions, developing training programs, mentoring and supporting players, communicating with parents, and contribute to overall player development strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Softball techniques
- Previous coaching or playing experience
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to mentor and support youth athletes
