Job Summary
Drives retirement plan sales through prospecting and outbound sales calls utilizing strong relationship building skills, product knowledge and sales techniques.

Core Responsibilities:
- Meets or exceeds daily call quotas and quarterly sales goals and metrics
- Establishes and maintains relationships with designated referral partners while prospecting clients and making proactive sales calls to acquire new business
- Answers inbound sales calls regarding PAi products and service
- Effectively communications with potential clients to identify needs in order to close sales quickly utilizing provided sales training and procedures
- Uses CRM to track sales activity and prioritize follow up tasks
- Works through sales leads with limited detail and direction and conducts appropriate follow-up activity to support the partner needs, maintain relationships and drive sales
- Demonstrates an understanding of the product portfolio features and benefits and sells solutions
- Offers and conducts informational webinars to reach prospects most efficiently
- Seeks knowledge for continuous improvement related to industry changes, market trends and product offerings and provides education and feedback to clients, partners and team members
- Learns from previous experience to improve and better drive retirement plan sales
Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience not required but would be a plus
- for internal applicants only: the above requirement is waived
- Self-starter with demonstrated passion for sales
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent analytical, multitasking skills and detail orientation
- Self-learner continuously seeking to improve knowledge, skills and abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Sales experience in the financial industry
ADA requirements:
- Sedentary position frequently required to sit
- Requires frequent speaking and listening
- Ability to use hands/fingers to operate office equipment such as phone and computer
- Requires frequent use of vision for reading and writing (close proximity, color, and ability to adjust focus)
