POSITION SUMMARY: AGI is seeking ESL instructors for a 3-month course starting in May. Course will run twice a week from 3:30-5:30pm.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research, prepare and teach an ESL course to a group of beginner-level adult students, using instructional materials determined to be useful in meeting their learning objectives
- Design and implement tests and quizzes to evaluate student performance
- Provide up to 1 hour per day homework assignments to reinforce classroom studies
- Report students’ progress to Project Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience teaching adult learners
- A minimum of 3 years of experience developing instructional materials
- Candidate must be comfortable using technology
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Familiar with the ILR scale
- Experience teaching adult students

Pay Range: Several factors, including education, geographic location, contract labor categories, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, or market data, will determine the final salary.
