What You Will Do
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for daily operations for supply and inventory control. You will investigate, troubleshoot and resolve inventory issues/problems with vendors and is a very customer service related role. To be successful you need to be flexible and able to handle stressful situations working in supply chain management. No direct reports.
- Perform audit and logistical duties for supply and inventory control.
- Responsible for inventory storeroom levels and financial variance.
- Execute product conversions within the enterprise resource planning system. Maintain item attributes in the ERP system.
- Support distribution and daily supply operations to ensure no disruptions occur that will negatively impact patient care.
- Ensure stock expiration is minimized with adherence to stock rotation guidelines and best practices.
What You Will Need
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required.
