• Responsibilities\
• Plan and implement child care and educational activities for assigned
  
  

children.

• Ensure instructional activities are developmentally appropriate and
  
  

reflect their individual interests.

• Complete required lesson plans and maintain accurate and timely
  
  

documentation of all required activities and interactions.

• Ensure that assigned equipment and materials are adequately
  
  

maintained in safe working order and recommends new equipment as

appropriate.

• Maintain positive communications with child\'s parents/guardians and
  
  

incorporates their recommendations into child\'s daily routine.
