- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment for clients in recovery.
- Prescribe and administer medications to meet individual client needs.
- Advise nursing staff on dispensing operations when necessary.
- Maintain accurate medical records and make referrals to medical services or primary care providers.
- Coordinate patient care with the Primary Care Physician (PCP) or other prescribing physicians.
- Participate in case planning, consultations, and clinical meetings with medical and leadership teams.
- Educate clients on treatment options, ensuring an empathetic, strength-based approach to care.
- Respond to emergency situations as needed, including cardiac arrest or respiratory distress.
- Engage in quality reviews, committee participation, and educational initiatives to support best practices.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Nursing required.
- Valid Nurse Practitioner License in New Hampshire.
- Hybrid work environment
- DEA license eligibility and Data Waiver (required before hire).
- 2 years of experience in substance use disorder or behavioral health preferred.
- Strong knowledge of psychotropic medications and their administration.
- Competency in addiction treatment, behavioral health interventions, and crisis management.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
