We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Plumbing Journeyman to join our team.
Plumbing Journeymen Responsibilities: Responsibilities as outlined below and additional duties as required.
- Complete Plumbing repairs, maintenances, installations, service calls for both commercial and residential customers, diagnose and repair.
- Know how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
- Work alongside customer service representatives and dispatch team members to ensure overall success of the business.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site as well as inventoried truck.
- Train and mentor helpers to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations
- Be accurate and timely with all paperwork
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
- Ability to relay information to clients in layman's terms
- Hardworking mindset
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Safety first mindset
- Can easily adapt to a change of circumstance or environment
- Great attitude with a dedication to quality work
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3-5-year experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- EPA Certification
- OSHA 10
