National Network Services (NNS) is seeking a Low Voltage Technician I. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation of structured cabling and low-voltage systems while maintaining company standards for safety, quality, and productivity. This role works under the direction of Technicians, Lead Technicians, and Project Managers and serves as a foundation for advancement within the organization.

General Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening if required
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to work on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
- Comfortable working in ceilings, crawl spaces, and construction environments
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Willingness to travel to job sites and occasionally work overtime as project schedules require
What You’ll Do
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of structured cabling and low-voltage systems
- Complete assigned tasks safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards
- Learn proper installation techniques, cable handling, and termination methods
- Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Take direction from Technicians, Lead Technicians, and Project Managers
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop new technical skills
- Maintain tools, materials, and work areas in a clean and organized manner
- Support project teams in meeting productivity and quality goals
What You’ll Bring
Required
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Valid Colorado Driver’s License
- Basic hand tools required
- Ability and willingness to follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Ability to correctly terminate a minimum of 12 CAT6 jacks per hour
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds
- Ability to work on ladders and in construction environments
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work with tools for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions
