About the Role:

You'll be working hands-on in the field- servicing, maintaining, and installing HVAC systems for both commercial and residential clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a challenge, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and customer care.

What You'll Do:
- Perform HVAC repairs, installations, and maintenance
- Serve both commercial and residential customers
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems
- Build rapport and trust with clients
- Work closely with dispatch and customer service teams
- Maintain a clean job site and organized truck
- Mentor HVAC helpers as needed
- Complete paperwork accurately and on time
What You Bring:
- 3 years HVAC experience
- EPA Certification
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record
- A positive adaptable, and safety-first mindset
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable in tight spaces and working at heights
