What You'll Do:
- Assist electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment
- Help install electrical raceways, conduit, cable trays, wiring, and related components
- Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from work areas
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Assist with troubleshooting and repairs under the direction of experienced electricians
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
- Support project teams in completing work efficiently and on schedule
- Adhere to quality standards and project specifications
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum of 1 year of electrical construction experience
- Basic knowledge of electrical tools, materials, and installation methods
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work safely in a construction environment
- Ability to pass required background screening and drug testing
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in various construction environments
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
