Experienced Optician - Join Our Team!!
We are seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and patient-focused optician to join our optical team. The ideal candidate will have strong optical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to confidently assist patients with frame selection, lens options, measurements and adjustments.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist patients with frame and lens selection
- Assist patients with contact lens orders
- Take accurate measurements and ensure proper frame fitting
- Interpret prescriptions and discuss lens options
- Preform adjustments, repairs, and troubleshooting
- Provide exceptional, personalized patient service
- Work closely with the optometrist and optical team
- Assist with sales, orders, and day-to-day optical operations
Qualifications:
- Previous optical/optician experience required
- Strong knowledge of lenses, frames, and optical measurements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional
- ABO certification is a plus
