How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Deliver compassionate bedside care that prioritizes resident dignity and comfort while working seamlessly with RNs and physicians to execute personalized care plans.
- Champion patient safety and health monitoring by observing subtle changes in condition and administering medications accurately to ensure stable, effective recovery.
- Guide and empower families through clear education on treatment plans and post-discharge self-care, serving as a vital bridge to community resources and holistic wellness.
- Maintain a secure healing environment by proactively identifying safety hazards and taking immediate, decisive action during emergency situations to protect our residents.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date, required.
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
