- Implement a domestic care plan (Bathing, dressing, meals, errands, cleaning, laundry).
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Report participant concerns/status changes to supervisor.
- Provide Home Health services in various locations.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
