Responsibilities
Lead, manage and direct key initiatives, programs, departments and/or priorities within given Center(s) of Expertise to deliver on defined goals and implementation deliverables for Ministry Market.
- Contribute to and is accountable for operational planning, coordination and decision-making.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic processes associated with Communication and Marketing Centers of Expertise/Shared Services.
- Lead departments, programs or initiatives within a specific Center of Expertise.
- Oversee ongoing talent stewardship and succession planning, including developing, coaching and managing people. Provides some day-to-day operational support.
- Manage brand equity. Contributes to product and service innovation, differentiation, design and positioning efforts.
- Facilitate the implementation of brand strategies designed to raise awareness, preference and choice with patients, consumers, physicians and associates.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
