- Direct Patient Care & ADLs: Assisted patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), personal hygiene, mobility, and safe bed/chair transfers or transport.
- Clinical & Procedural Support: Supported RNs and physicians with medical procedures, maintained clean/orderly rooms, and proactively addressed safety hazards or emergency situations.
- Patient Monitoring & Reporting: Monitored patient well-being and promptly reported changes in physical, mental, and emotional status to the nursing team.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Nurse Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- BLS Provider preferred.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- One-year CNA experience required.
- Prefer nursing home experience.
