How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Administer prescribed medications to Assisted Living residents under licensed nurse supervision, following established protocols
• Observe residents for medication response or adverse reactions and promptly report concerns
• Accurately document medication administration and maintain up-to-date records
• Promote resident safety and maintain organized medication supplies
  
  

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Medication Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed preferred.
  
  

Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
  
  

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• At least 2 years of skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
