A premier Sarasota firm is seeking a Senior Trusts and Estates Attorney to join its highly regarded private client practice serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on sophisticated estate planning, wealth transfer, and tax strategies for a discerning client base. No book of business required. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning strategies
- Draft and review wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, family limited partnerships, and related wealth transfer instruments
- Advise on income, estate, and fiduciary tax matters for individuals, trusts, and estates
- Counsel clients on business succession, charitable giving, and multi-generational wealth planning
- Collaborate with the firm's tax, corporate, and litigation teams on cross-disciplinary matters
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- LLM in Taxation required
- Significant experience advising high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients
- Florida Bar admission or eligibility for admission
- Strong technical, drafting, and client counseling skills
