About The Role
- The Busser/Dishwasher role is a support position within the Hospitality Team. Their primary responsibility is to maintain the highest standards of service while ensuring that our dining room and dishware is clean and safe.
- Remove all meal service items from tables, both during and after the dining experience.
- Engage with guests in a pleasant and professional manner.
- Sanitize the dining spaces between guests including but not limited to wiping tabletops, wiping chairs, sweeping floors.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining room, outdoor dining spaces, restrooms, and entry areas.
- Transport trash/refuse to appropriate bins both inside and outside of building.
- Handle café wares with care.
- Wash dishes, following all sanitization guidelines.
- Receive and apply feedback effectively, demonstrating adaptability.
- Build strong interpersonal connections with team members of all skill levels.
- Communicate clearly and effectively
- Part Time Hybrid position. Dishwasher duties Monday and Wednesdays from 12-6 pm.
- Busser duties on Saturday and Sunday 9:30am to 3:30 pm.
- Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between locations.
- Availability for weekends.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to take direction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (~8 hours per shift)
