An ideal coach for Ascension Christian High has a history of accomplishments in the relevant sport at the high school and/or college level. The coach will be an amazing Christian leader who is called to be a Christian leader at all times.

- Proven role model for peers, athletes, and assistant coaches
- Committed to developing student-athletes to achieve their full God-given potential
- Extremely well organized with strong interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills
- Works with other coaches, trainers, and administration to achieve defined goals
- Commitment to the mission statement, core values, and goals of Ascension Christian School
- Successful coaching experience at the high school or the collegiate level.
