Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support an enterprise-level HR technology integration initiative. This role will focus on integrating complex HR systems into a connected talent ecosystem that supports enterprise usage and reporting.
The Project Manager will be responsible for driving integration-focused project work, coordinating across technical and business stakeholders, and keeping activities, risks, dependencies, and timelines on track. This role requires someone with previous systems integration experience who can quickly step into a new technology environment and work with minimal training or day-to-day direction.
Experience with HR systems is preferred, but the specific technology platform is less important than demonstrated experience managing complex system or application integrations.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Project management experience supporting systems or application integration initiatives.
- Experience managing complex, enterprise-level technology projects.
- Ability to step into a new technology environment and work with minimal training or direction.
- Strong understanding of project risks, dependencies, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to effectively work with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with HRIS, HR technology, or talent management systems.
- Experience managing integrations across multiple enterprise applications or platforms.
- Experience supporting HR systems transformation, implementation, or ecosystem consolidation initiatives.
- PMP certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage enterprise-level systems integration projects and related activities.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate integration activities across technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Track project progress and ensure work remains aligned with project goals and timelines.
- Identify and communicate risks, obstacles, and issues that could impact delivery.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support the integration of multiple HR systems into a connected talent ecosystem.
- Organize and communicate project status, milestones, and outstanding actions.
- Work independently with limited training or day-to-day direction.
