As a Verizon Customer and Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers directly in assigned residential areas and present to them Verizon internet and telecommunications plans, answer questions and assist customers with sign-ups and account activations. What you will be doing as a Verizon Customer Sales Representative:
- Interact directly with customers to promote Verizon internet and telecommunications solutions
- Assess customer needs and confidently recommend the right services and plans available by explaining pricing, promotions and service benefits
- Guide customers through the full-sales process, from enrollment, documentation to activations
- As a Verizon Customer and Sales Representative, accurately document customer interactions, sales performance and follow-ups
- Track your daily sales goals, close sales on the spot and contribute to theVerizon Customer and Sales Representatives’ team goals
- Attend ongoing Verizon Customer and Sales Representative trainings and mentorship sessions to enhance your sales and customer service skills and stay up to date with trends and promotions in the market
- Represent Ascendria Capital and Verizon ethically and professionally
Verizon Customer Sales Representative Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in sales, customer service, telecom or customer-facing roles is a bonus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in performance-driven sales environment
- Reliable Transportation
