Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant will play a key role in supporting the firm's accounting operations, financial reporting, and entity-level oversight. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in public accounting, and demonstrate a strong interest in working in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and monthly accounting functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Lead the full accounting cycle and financial reporting for an assigned legal entity.
• Assist in the preparation of consolidated monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements.
• Support the month-end and year-end close process.
• Collaborate with internal teams across departments and international offices to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 3 years of accounting experience, including at least 1-2 years in a public accounting firm
• CPA preferred but not required
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and working knowledge of IFRS
• Prior exposure to international operations or global financial reporting is a plus
• Excellent Excel skills
