Our client, a growing organization in Maitland, is looking to bring on an RCM Specialist to support and enhance their internal systems used across a nationwide client base. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable navigating detailed processes, managing system workflows, and operating independently after training.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and administer RCM systems that support operations for a large portfolio of clients
• Review, update, and improve workflow processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Partner with vendors to manage system-related needs and resolve issues
• Monitor data integrity and security, ensuring compliance with privacy standards
• Support onboarding, configuration, and ongoing system enhancements
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand requirements and align system functionality
• Provide support for escalations and troubleshoot system or workflow challenges
Requirements
• Associate’s degree or higher required in business, computer science, HR, or related field
• 3 years of hands-on experience working with RCM systems or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of workflow management, database structures, and system administration
• Experience working with external vendors or technology partners
