Overview
A growing healthcare and insurance organization is seeking a licensed Medicare Sales & Relationship Manager to support and expand relationships with Medicare beneficiaries throughout the Central Florida market.
This role combines client relationship management, consultative sales, and ongoing member support. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping seniors navigate their healthcare options, building long-term relationships, and delivering exceptional service while identifying opportunities to grow and retain membership.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Medicare beneficiaries, serving as a trusted resource for healthcare coverage needs
• Educate prospective and existing members on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plans, and related healthcare products
• Conduct consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Support annual enrollment, plan changes, renewals, and ongoing member servicing activities
• Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, senior centers, and referral partners throughout the territory
• Conduct educational presentations, informational meetings, and outreach events to promote Medicare programs and services
• Maintain regular communication with members to ensure satisfaction, retention, and ongoing engagement
• Identify opportunities to grow membership through referrals, community outreach, and relationship development
• Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with CMS regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and enrollment documentation within CRM and agency systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and provide exceptional customer service
• Stay current on Medicare regulations, plan changes, industry developments, and competitive products
Qualifications
• Active Florida 215 Health Insurance License required
• Minimum 2 years of Medicare sales, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, or senior healthcare experience
• Strong knowledge of Medicare products, enrollment guidelines, and CMS compliance requirements
• Experience building and managing client relationships within the senior market
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to conduct educational seminars and one-on-one consultations
• Strong customer service orientation with a consultative sales approach
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Experience utilizing CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Reliable transportation for local meetings, community events, and client visits throughout the territory
