Assignment Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5x8 Days
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Start Date: 10/19/2026 or Sooner!
- On-Call: As needed by the facility
- Housing: Facility housing may be available
- Compensation: Earn up t $176,800 per year PLUS weekly pay & benefits!
What You’ll Lead
- Direct the overall operations, programs and performance of the Nursing Services Department
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations
- Lead, evaluate and develop nursing personnel while maintaining accountability and high standards
- Participate in admission decisions and facility leadership meetings
- Drive QAPI, facility assessments and performance-improvement initiatives
- Maintain appropriate staffing coverage and strong nursing supervision
- Promote compassionate, resident-centered care throughout the facility
What You’ll Need
- Active and unrestricted RN license Minnesota at time of application.
- Note: Minnesota is a single-state license - not included in Compact License
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 2 of recent Director of Nursing experience—required
- Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and clinical operations
- Proven ability to lead teams, improve performance and maintain compliance
