Are you a passionate HR leader ready to make a real impact? We’re seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our growing manufacturing operations in Brighton, CO. This is your opportunity to play a key strategic role supporting approximately 200 employees across multiple locations while helping shape culture, drive performance, and strengthen our workforce.

As a trusted business partner, you’ll provide leadership and hands-on support across the full spectrum of HR, including:
- Talent acquisition and onboarding
- Employee relations and performance management
- Compensation, benefits, and workforce planning
- Training, development, and engagement initiatives
- Compliance with Colorado and federal employment laws
- HRIS management and data accuracy
- Workers’ compensation and safety programs
You’ll be onsite in Brighton at least four days per week and will travel up to 30% to facilities in Texas, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Michigan.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3 years of HR management experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Colorado employment laws and federal labor regulations (COBRA, ADA, FMLA, etc.)
- Proven experience supporting both union and non-union environments
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High integrity, discretion, and ability to work independently
- Bilingual in Spanish and English – REQUIRED
