About the Role
Our client is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team and serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees. This position combines strategic HR support with hands-on execution across talent management, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. The HRBP will play a key role in shaping workplace culture, building employee engagement, and ensuring HR practices align with both business goals and employment laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide HR guidance aligned to organizational objectives.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Advise on employee relations matters, handling sensitive issues with discretion and escalating when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations, while maintaining accurate HR documentation and systems.
- Support benefits administration, leave management (FMLA, ADA, etc.), and training initiatives.
- Develop and deliver HR programs that promote retention, engagement, and career growth.
- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, succession strategies, and organizational development initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-based decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or advisor role.
- Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS systems (ADP or similar preferred).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
