We are a growing firm, looking for a Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our team. Specifically, we are looking for someone who has 2 years of personal injury experience.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience
- Plaintiff experience
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in New Jersey and in good standing
Responsibilities:
- Managing their own docket of personal injury cases
- Set up claims and track medical treatment
- Supervise medical clerk and case manager
- Review demands
- Negotiate with adjusters
- Communicate offer to client and disburse of client funds
The annual salary for this position is between 90k-120k . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
