What You’ll Do
- Lead plaintiff-side personal injury cases from intake through trial or settlement
- Manage discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Appear in court, argue motions, and conduct trials as lead counsel
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering compassionate, results-driven representation
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to firm growth and litigation strategy
What We’re Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school; licensed in New York
- 5 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset with business development potential (10% origination fee eligible)
Salary/Benefits:
- The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 to $200,000 -- Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
