Position: Employment Law Attorney (Public Law)
Location: Little Falls, NJ
A well-established defense law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Law Attorney to join its team in Little Falls, NJ. This role will focus exclusively on representing public entities, including schools and city councils, handling a variety of employment law matters. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the New Jersey market and be comfortable managing cases from inception through resolution while providing strategic legal counsel to public sector clients.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in New Jersey
- 4 years of experience in employment law, preferably within the public sector
- Experience representing public entities such as schools, municipalities, or government agencies
- Strong litigation, research, and communication skills
- Ability to manage cases independently and efficiently
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $160,000. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
