Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cases independently from intake through resolution, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.
- Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including document review, filings, and trial coordination.
- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel; manage deadlines and ensure compliance with procedural requirements.
- Prepare legal documents, conduct legal research, and maintain organized case files.
Experience:
- 3 years of experience
- Licensed in California with a strong litigation background

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000-$250,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
