Overview
- Hybrid litigation role with autonomy and flexibility

- Opportunity to manage cases independently from start to finish
Key Responsibilities
- Handle cases from inception through resolution or trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; manage motion practice
- Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances as needed
Qualifications
- Active California Bar license (required)
- 2 years of civil or criminal litigation experience
- Strong courtroom presence and legal writing skills
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $200,000. The firm may be open to the higher end of the range for the right candidate. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
