Title: Associate Attorney (Personal Injury Attorney - Multiple roles on plaintiff and defense both)
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings.
Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
- Strong negotiation and advocacy abilities.
Salary and Other Compensation:
- The annual salary for this position is between $140,000-$250,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
