Responsibilities:
Learn proper pruning techniques for ornamental trees and shrubs.
Learn topiary, formal hedge pruning, hand pruning and shearing practices.
Assist with job setup and daily preparation. Perform groundwork, cleanup, and site organization.
Work as part of a professional team to deliver high-quality tree and shrub care.
Requirements:
Strong desire to learn and grow in the industry.
Motivated with a positive attitude.
Reliable and punctual.
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
CDL license is a plus, but not required.
What We Offer:
32–40 hours per week. Hourly pay based on experience.
Hands-on training in specialized ornamental tree and shrub care.
