As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll work inside major retail stores to engage with shoppers, introduce them to trusted home improvement services, and support them in booking consultations that align with their renovation goals.
You’ll be the bridge between our clients and the community—answering questions, offering insight, and helping customers take the first step toward transforming their homes.
Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities
- Represent home improvement brands with professionalism and energy inside retail partner locations
- Initiate conversations with shoppers to identify their needs and offer personalized service options
- Assist clients with scheduling consultations for services such as bathroom and kitchen remodeling
- Deliver clear, accurate, and engaging information to customers regarding service offerings and promotions
- Build rapport and trust through excellent communication and customer care
- Maintain compliance when collecting client information and scheduling appointments
- Work closely with internal team leads to ensure a seamless experience and meet client goals
Retail Sales Associate Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or event coordination is a plus
